Since graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, with a degree in International Business, I knew that helping people was what I wanted to do in my career. For me, there’s nothing more special than seeing the look on my client’s faces when we come across the home they have been dreaming of or when we receive the perfect offer on their property. If you aren’t fully satisfied, my work isn’t complete. I work tirelessly to ensure that my clients receive only the best possible advice, assistance, and negotiating skills.

I love cooking and traveling to new areas when I’m not working towards helping you achieve your buying and selling goals. If I’m able, I bring along my miniature schnauzer, Luna, or else we enjoy our trips to the dog park! I also enjoy spending as much time as possible with my friends and family. The National Association of REALTORS® awards the MRP certification to REALTORS®, who help military personnel, veterans, and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life.
When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables can make the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. REALTORS® who earn this certification know to work with active-duty military buyers, sellers, and veterans.
The certification provides NAR’s members with resources to accommodate current and former military service members at any stage of their military career. It is an approved elective for NAR’s Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. To earn the MRP certification, REALTORS® must be in good standing with NAR, complete the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification course and complete two webinars.

Francisco Montes de Oca with Realty One Group has earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
The National Association of REALTORS® offers the PSA certification to REALTORS® as determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the pricing assignment from various perspectives.
“Consumers deserve accurate property value assessments, so NAR is proud to provide REALTORSÆ with a credential that provides enhanced tools, education, and expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home,” said Marc Gould, Executive Director of the Center for Specialized REALTOR® Education.
“Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA” is the required one-day course for the PSA certification that provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers. In addition to completing the course, participants are required to view two required webinars. Once awarded the certification, REALTORS® will be equipped to guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Francisco Montes de Oca has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTOR (NAR).
